Yukti in two minutes
A narrated walkthrough of the problem, how Yukti works, and what changes. Captions are available in the player.
Yukti is the commercial decision layer over a connected fleet. Vahana ingests and models the signal; Yukti turns that signal into money, unifying predictive maintenance, supplier performance, and contract data into one view of risk alerts, RUL estimates, and cost-optimization opportunities across warranties, AMCs, and insurance. Built-in simulators let teams model scenarios, benchmark suppliers, and renegotiate coverage with evidence.
The problem
Fleet, warranty, and insurance data sits in separate systems, so coverage is renegotiated on last year's assumptions and warranty leakage is discovered only after the claims are paid.
The outcome
Connected-systems data, remaining-useful-life estimates, and supplier performance unified into decisions on coverage, claims, and contracts.
How it works
How Yukti works
- 01
Unify the record
Connected-systems telemetry, claims history, and supplier performance are brought into one asset-level view.
- 02
Estimate life
Remaining useful life is projected per asset from condition and usage rather than from a service interval.
- 03
Find the leakage
Claim and failure patterns are compared against supplier obligations to surface recoverable cost.
- 04
Model the contract
Coverage scenarios are simulated so warranty, AMC, and insurance terms are set on evidence.

Module 01
Remaining Useful Life
Condition and usage signal turned into RUL estimates per asset and per component class.
- 02
Warranty Leakage
Claim patterns analysed against supplier and failure data to recover what is genuinely recoverable.
- 03
AMC Portfolio Tuning
Contract coverage tiers modelled against actual failure economics rather than list assumptions.
- 04
Risk & Coverage Simulator
What-if modelling for insurance and coverage renegotiation, with projected exposure attached.

Integrations
Ideal for
- Warranty and aftermarket teams carrying claim cost
- Fleet operators renegotiating AMC and insurance coverage
- Supplier quality teams benchmarking on total cost of ownership
- Finance owners exposed to unplanned maintenance spend
Capabilities
Yukti composes these capabilities from the shared Agent Platform layer. The same atoms power the rest of the portfolio, so adopting a second accelerator reuses the integration work rather than repeating it.
Composition
Yukti is assembled from shared platform atoms. Hover a partner to see what you reuse on the next deployment.
Pairs with
- System Connectors
- MCP-connected reads and writes against the ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, and warehouse systems already in place.
- Forecasting
- Demand, degradation, and risk projected forward far enough that the response is a plan rather than a reaction.
- Risk Scoring
- Severity, likelihood, and exposure quantified consistently so prioritization survives an audit.
- Scenario Simulation
- What-if modelling of a response before committing to it, with projected impact attached to every option.
- Alert Routing
- Noise collapsed into the few signals that matter, routed to the person who can act with time to act.
- Evidence & Audit Trail
- Every input, decision, and action captured as tamper-evident evidence a regulator or auditor can follow.

FAQ
How does Yukti relate to Vahana?
Vahana is the telemetry and signal-modelling layer; Yukti consumes it to make commercial decisions. They share ingest capabilities, so running both needs one integration, not two.
Do we need connected assets to start?
No. Yukti can begin on claims, service, and supplier history alone, and gets sharper as live condition data is connected.
Can it support contract renegotiation directly?
Yes. The simulator produces projected exposure and cost under each coverage scenario, which is what a renegotiation needs.
